MY STAY IN COVENANT UNIVERSITY
My name is Lotanna Tyrese Dike. I am 15 years old. I am a 100 level student studying engineering ( I.C.E to be exact). I am the last born of my family. I and my sister are both currently studying different programs under this institution. My favourite hobbies are reading, playing sports, online gaming, socializing, watching movies etc.
My stay in covenant has been nothing short of an adventure.
There have been good times and bad times. There have been highs and lows. But
God has seen me through. The school has a lot of nice things but there are also
a lot of bad things. For starters, the food is ok but expensive. The toilets
are in bad shape and so are the hostels and their equipment. There are network
issues and it is really hard to do some stuff online, but the school has
reassured us that all our problems would be resolved in due time, and I trust
the system. But enough about the bad things, the school also has a lot of nice
things like it has given me an opportunity to learn from the best lecturers that
they have to offer. It has also given me the chance to meet new people and
interact with them thereby improving my social skills. One thing I really
respect the institution for are its core values. The school has a vision and
they are set out to achieve that mission.
One has to adapt if he/she wants to survive in this school.
From the waking up early, to the need to be early and prompt to all activities,
if one isn’t willing to make sacrifices for the greater good, they may fall
behind.
In conclusion, my stay so far has been pretty good and interesting.
I know that life still has a lot in store for me, so I look up to God for
guidance and protection during my 5 years in this school.
